Kiosks Collective is a Singapore-grown food and beverage kiosks operator established in 2012. The group first conceptualised Pezzo, which sells Singapore’s first pizza by the slice, and has since expanded to explore other creative concepts such as CRAVE, the award-winning nasi lemak from Selera Rasa; A Noodle Story, the Michelin- listed Singapore Style Ramen from Amoy St Food Centre; Fruce, a dessert beverage concept.
