A Noodle Story is the first and only Singapore-style ramen co-founded by new-generation hawkers Gwern Khoo and Ben Tham in 2013. A rendition of a local staple, it incorporates elements of Japanese ramen and traditional egg noodles and has continuously been awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand since 2016.

2021 marked the beginning of a partnership with Kiosks Collective, where you can now enjoy this one of a kind dish at Guoco Tower.
